I’m
making the airplane. This is the wings.

On
September 25, the children continued an exploration with legos from the day
before. Most of the children continued
to explore with making “airplanes. They
are going to fly over the red carpet!”
The children created airplanes using the legos and one set of wheels, and
then added “wings” using a long beam over the structure. When the wings fell off, the children
pretended that “the airplanes are just like cars when the wings fall off. It
can still drive around, it just doesn’t fly.”
